The return should be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise to the address issued with the authorization number.
An item returned for any reason other than what is covered under warranty will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order in complete, unused, and re-sellable condition to receive credit.
