If you have collected the old or new vinyl records, you will know the importance to keep them clean and dustless. The playback quality of economic records equipped with middle-end stylus can also be improved significantly by cleaning their vinyls. No matter how cautiously you put one record aside, the dust will enter the internal sleeve gradually after a long time. When cleaning the records, if the dust can not be eliminated, then the audio track will be damaged. The problem is how to clean the vinyl records safely without damaging the record surface? The answer is ultrasonic vinyl record cleaners.

• First of all, installing the records on main axis.
• Filling in pure water in water slot, tap water can not be used, and adding 10 to 15ml drops of domestic liquid detergent. 
• Adding the pure water to the position with 1cm distance from the edge.
• Then descending the records to water slot, the water separation panel design can prevent the labels from getting wet.
•  If the water temperature is lower than 10 centigrade, launching the heating function, setting the cleaning time as 5 to 15 minutes, setting according to the record condition. 
•  Lifting the records, air-drying vertically. 

• If the LP is very dirty, pure water + absolute ethyl alcohol (purchasing 95 percent alcohol in drugstores) + 0.25 percent isopropanol (only for extremely dirty records, which can be purchased in chemical reagent stores) + surface active agent (which can be replaced by neutral detergent). Proportion: 62 percent water, 30 percent ethyl alcohol, 8 percent isopropanol, with 1ml of neutral detergent.
•  If the Lp record is not very dirty, only 500 ml ethyl alcohol needs to be added in tanks, then adding pure water, and at last, adding 1 ml neutral detergent. 

     Ultrasonic method is verified to be safe and efficient, which can remove the dust, dirt, grease dirt and other contaminants on refined objects, it can be applied extensively in industries and scientific environment. 

     For record lovers, only ultrasonic cleaning is available for cleaning the extremely refined record concave troughs, and it is the only method for restoring them to the required original status that simulating high-fidelity audio.      

     Different from manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning can remove the particles in the concave trough of vinyl record efficiently.
